I dont live anywhere close, and have no reason to (so I dont condone this)... But given eBaums notorious blatant stealing of content, Im suprised noone has burned their f*cking house to the ground.

I don't know who made the Wikipedia entry of "World Wide Web War 1" -- but it certainly places things in perspective. Yeah, Neil does look like a buffoon submitting a more-or-less corporate letter like that without contacting his lawyers and whatnot to confirm that he infact won't be making a wrong move and giving others a reason to counter-sue (if you will). That being said... I am also suprised that all of these different communities stood up, it's a very honorable thing to do for something that you created. Naturally, it shows that infact, 'we' (the majority of people who stood up for the content being created -- and then exploited by Ebaums) don't needd to hide behind lawyers nor paperwork. Yes, it has some concenquences, very bad ones, but its the concenquences that some people need to face in order to tell others (for example, Neil/Eric Baumen) that their sh*t-work is a wrongdoing.

Wow, the ytmnd moment on Finding Forrester sure was an anti climax, took me by suprise. When he says it you can't even see him. I thought he was going to be pointing his finger like in max's site! Also I know why jeopardy is obsessed with ytmnd, because it features in the film.

WOW... 4 gigs of ecc ddr... amazing... im so suprised that YTMND requires such a strong backbone server. why dont you split the processes. one computer for your php/html/apache/ETC and another for your mysql. wait, thats what your already have... i guess. could you tell us exactly how many GiB YTMND takes up as a whole, content only.

I would be really upset if all sites had normalized sound....not even because of loudtmnd, you'd still get the distorted loud effect, but because you couldn't use dynamics in your site. For instance, quiet footsteps walking down a hallway and then someone popping out a door and shouting "SUPRISE". The footsteps and the scream would be the same volume, totally killing the effect.
